During my time at Uber, I've had the privledge to work on many projects across our rider, driver, and maps platforms. Below are samples of some larger projects I've worked on. As the product design lead for the Rider Verticals organization, I focused on three key program areas: airports, venues and events, and scheduled and premium rides. My work spans across our rider and driver applications, map platform, marketplace systems, and internal tools. Most of my projects involve heavy design strategy, prototyping and experimentation. Prior to joining Rider Verticals in Seattle, I was an early design member of Uber's growth organization in San Francisco, where I contributed to designing the first in-app driver earnings experience and created a cohesive mobile and web UI for partners to share and track their referrals. Other projects I've worked on include Uber's first attempt at a commute product and various driver engagement initiatives.

Driver PIN Pickup Experiences c. 2018

PIN Pickup experiences cover a variety of pickup contexts including airports and event shuttles. PIN codes are dynamic and require no conntectivty on the riders part after receiving one. Riders and drivers are matched after a driver successfully input a rider's code.

Rider Kiosk Experience c. 2019

I lead the design efforts and creative direction of the Kiosk’s digital user experience in collaboration with members of Design Platform, Brand Experience, Innovation, and Performance Marketing. The primary goals were to increase access and awareness of Uber for riders in high pickup density environments.
